- Customized or personalized orders are final and cannot be returned.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

- If the requested item is available, we will reserve it for you and provide instructions on how to send the original item back to us.
- Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
- Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
