Return Policy

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
    • Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
    • Customized or personalized orders are final and cannot be returned.
  3. How to Initiate a Return
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@hawksannfabrics.com or https://www.facebook.com/hawksannfabrics.bd with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Refunds
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges
    • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  2. How to Initiate an Exchange

    • If the requested item is available, we will reserve it for you and provide instructions on how to send the original item back to us.
  3. Exchange Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
  4. Processing Time
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at +880 1977-107435 We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
